Opportunities

Interested researchers and inventors are invited to contact Astralux for further information about the program. If your technology idea meets eligibility requirements, options for collaboration can be discussed. Such options may include formally joining Astralux, though some entrepreneurs may choose to remain with their current employers.

Astralux provides a great opportunity to safely fund an idea and start a company, participation in our ER&D program includes the following:

• Paying the inventor to work with the company to write a proposal
• Paying a cash success fee when the program is funded
• The investigator will get an opportunity to get a full- or part-time job or subcontract when the program is funded
• Covering the costs of patenting the new ideas
• Astralux will spin-off the company when it is ready
• Continued funding of the new company with grants and private capital

No obligation or commitments are required for initial discussions, which need not include disclosure of proprietary information. If warranted, subsequent discussions may be conducted under appropriate intellectual property protection measures. Astralux maintains an interest in a wide variety of technologies. All interested parties are invited to contact the company for further information.
